DESCRIPTION:

The client is in the process of implementing Epic in a number of recently acquired and affiliated hospitals. They have recently finished their Phase One go-live and have recently embarked on Phase Two of their Epic deployment. Phase Two is a significant undertaking for the TDR team as there are over 3,000 assets and, with the pandemic, there could likely be ad hoc changes where necessary. This is a unique TDR project that will require a strong, dedicated, and independent TDR Consultant.

On a day-to-day basis, this Epic TDR Consultant will be doing print mapping and will be responsible for verifying deployments and making sure the devices are firing off to the correct locations. The Consultant will attend TDR workgroup sessions with all of the applications teams. There is a likelihood this consultant could all be called on to be a lead for specific hospital workflows.

TOP SKILLS DETAILS:

1. Epic certification in any inpatient or outpatient clinical application.

2. Build experience – this consultant should know how to put a workflow together, how to build a record, how to build a print map, and be able to troubleshoot why things are firing off incorrectly

3. This person must be able to take direction early on and then be able to run independently.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Other decision-making factors: These consultants are not expected to have TDR experience, although TDR experience during go-live will be heavily weighted. This person’s ability for consistent documentation and reporting will be assessed as well.

This consultant is expected to be FULLY ONSITE and will bounce between several locations.

NOTE ABOUT COVID: They do regular temperature screenings, have adequate PPE, and have access to COVID tests for the consultants
