OUR CLIENT IS SEARCHING FOR A SUPPORT ANALYST SPECIFICALLY SUPPORTING CASE WORKERS AND SOCIAL WORKERS ON A NEW ONLINE SYSTEM BEING ROLLED OUT IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.

This position will be responsible for assisting end users that are case workers to more effectively use a new online tool being implemented throughout the state.

Duties:

Become a subject matter expert on the new system

Answer any question related to the new system and show end users how to use the new system

Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Candidates must have experience training end users

Experience working as a social worker or case worker is very beneficial

Understanding of state agencies is very beneficial

Pay will be based on experience and a drug and background check is required. This position will start out as a W2 contract employee of TEKsystems, but may convert to full-time in the future.
