DESCRIPTION:
Ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting escalated help desk troubleshooting calls, project calls, Service Now Tasks, as well as Service Now Incidents. Typical technologies and/or issues that the team sees include but are not limited to: Active Directory Account Management, Network Connectivity, Internet Connectivity, Hardware Malfunctions, Software Malfunctions, Virus Removal, and Internet Browser Configurations. This is an excellent position that will increase the amount of healthcare and enterprise level experience, which is in high demand due the current changes in the health care market.

TOP SKILLS DETAILS:
3 – 5 years of experience working within a Desktop Support capacity for an enterprise level company (1000+ users). Need to be able to work hands-on as a point of escalation for break/fix issues.
3-5 years working with Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows 10 within an enterprise level environment. Will be the next level escalation point for help desk associates.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1- Must be a generally jovial person and easy to work with/get along with.
2- Must have experience working independently, running with task and keeping busy. Must be validated in reference check.
3-Reliable transportation is a non-negotiable.
