As part of our Global Technology team, you'll help drive product development, business systems, data analytics, security and architecture.  A Front End Engineer is a critical contributing member of the User Experience Department. This person will work with a delivery team to provide thoughtful approaches and implementations of user interfaces and will help further our efforts toward the best User Experience possible in our applications. This person will pursue excellence in code quality as well as personal growth as an engineer and teammate.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE

• Excellence in front end web development technologies
• Solid understanding of JavaScript
• Experience with a JavaScript-based framework (React, Angular, Vue)
• Knowledge of various approaches to styling (CSS, JS, frameworks)
• Understanding of state management and various approaches
• Strong grasp of User Experience design principles
• Ability to design and implement both “greenfield” and “brownfield” software solutions from business requirements
• Understanding of REST API patterns 
• Contributes to collaborative brainstorming sessions with UX Design, QA, API, DB, and BA team members.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues
• can be flexible with changes in client or TKXS strategy that might impact technology
• Three to five years of experience in web and software development
