    The Executive Assistant for Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods (FB&CG) will provide high-level administrative support to executive Marketing leadership.

    HERE'S HOW

    • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the VP, Global Marketing for Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods and/or other leadership staff
    • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, presentations and other documents for senior staff
    • Arrange and manage travel and accommodations for executives
    • Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes
    • Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff
    • Establish and document administrative procedures
    • Perform office tasks including maintaining records, and ordering supplies, as necessary
    • Perform additional and related duties as assigned by executives

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven record of meeting deadlines
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
    • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
    • Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
    • Extremely proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
    • Strong leadership and project management skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to use a high degree of diplomacy & confidentiality
    • Strong business ethics understanding
    • Excellent ability to manage expectations and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders on their terms
    • A customer-centric focus and attitude
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
    • 4 years of related experience required
