This position reports to the Finance Controller of the Technology division, working in partnership with all our Engineering and Technology teams globally and in collaboration with other Finance teams in the business. This position requires strong analytical skills in all areas as well as a high level of organization. This includes maintenance of the general ledger, month-end close, participation in the transformation of current processes and systems, as well as ad hoc requests.

THIS POSITION CAN BE WORKED REMOTELY IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA

HERE'S HOW

• Month-end close, general ledger, account reconciliation
• Month-end reporting of projects and the calculation of project costs
• Special projects/research/accounting process set-up/documentation.
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired organizations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; including the ability to identify trends and problems.
• Team player with a customer service-focused attitude.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years of experience in accounting.
• Motivated, high level of initiative.
