    As part of our Agribusiness team, you'll help our customers leverage technology and data insights to connect upstream and downstream and optimize profitability, efficiency and insights. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by providing professional and timely resolution to all requests and tickets. Work with key stakeholders both internally and externally to find the best solutions and ensure a positive experience for our clients. HERE'S HOW

    • Provide first-line-of-support by answering customer questions and assisting with issues related to services and products

    • Effectively track all calls and emails in CRM and maintain good account structure for new, closed, or modified user or location accounts

    • Conduct timely and knowledgeable phone and email support for clients both during hours and off hours, when necessary 

    • Strive to deliver first time resolution on 80% of customer inquiries and issues

    • Act as our client's representative and advocate, ensuring delivery of accurate information, excellent service and resolving concerns in a timely manner

    • Handle heavy call volume periods with high service and excellent attention to detail identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and additional support during low call volume

    • If further assistance is required, escalate to the appropriate tier and provide communication and timelines to the customer 

    • Collaborate with staff management to prepare and ensure adherence to best practices

    • Partner Customer Success and other team members to ensure customer risks are identified and documented within customer success plans and playbooks

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

    • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management or related degree
    • 1-3 year's relevant experience in a customer support, customer service or a sales related role 
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and CRM/ticket management tools such as Salesforce and Jira
    • High level of professionalism, accountability and desire to serve the customer's needs
    • Problem solving, critical-thinking and organizational skills required
    • Highly detailed oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and balance workload, adhere to deadlines and demonstrate agility as business needs change
    • Agriculture and/or SaaS software experience preferred
