As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods Professional Services team, you'll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility to their trade spending. The position of Business Consultant on the Trade Promotion Management Exceedra PRO solution will require an ambitious, professional individual to leverage best practice and CPG industry knowledge to lead our customer through a successful implementation. The individual in this position will regularly interface with Consumer Goods companies as well as interact across multiple departments internally. It will be your responsibility to build the client relationship effectively by learning their business processes, offering suggestions on the configuration & best practice use of the application, training users, critically think to solve complex problems, and communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

• As a Business Consultant you will be part of Exceedra's global services team to ensure the optimal delivery of TPM Pro implementations, according to Exceedra best practices and implementation lifecycle.
• This is a client facing role where the individual will be involved in the project from initiation to completion, duties include: system provisioning and configuration, driving best practice business processes, challenging current working practices where appropriate, supporting the customer with data integration and validation, training, and supporting the client through UAT and Go-Live until handed over to support.

• Supporting the delivery of Exceedra Pro projects
• Understanding of consumer goods businesses and the processes
• Consulting to improve processes and the use of the solution
• Running business process workshops to capture client requirements
• Configuration of Exceedra Pro solution
• Leading integration requirements discussions and supporting customers throughout integration and validation
• Supporting clients through user acceptance testing and triaging issues
• Delivering “train the trainer” training to client super users
• Supporting go-live / cut over activities
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by understanding the client's business needs and motivations
• Continually improving the Business Consultant activities across Exceedra by providing best practice process recommendations
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of how the Exceedra tool can be best configured to deliver client requirements

What you bring to this role

• ****Understands the role of professional services in the implementation of software and services solutions
• Working knowledge of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Working knowledge of the software and services industry
• Knowledge of production software implementations
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies
• Utilizes extended Exceedra team to achieve success
• Communicates and facilitates conversations with senior customer managers and executives
• Utilizes the expertise within the team to identify areas of system improvements or enhancements for success
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients to instill confidence in the solution, the company, and the project team
• Work with the Project Manager and the Leadership team to identify opportunities for Strategic Value Assessments with clients, the goal of which is to help clients optimize their use of the system
• Lead business requirements workshops to verify business requirements and drive best practices
• Lead project team training sessions
• More than 3 years experience in delivering multiple software and services solutions
• ** Understand how ERP and Trade Promotion Management systems work. REQUIRED**

The US base salary range for this position is $90k - $105k USD. This position may be eligible for a 10% performance-based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
