POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Customer Support Representative you will be a critical contributor to our client’s overall narrative. In this role, you’ll be the front lines of interaction with our client’s loyal customers. NOTE: This position will start as a work-from-home position and may transition to onsite within our Folsom, CA contact center at a later time. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in both environments

Dedicated, private home workspace free of distractions and interruptions
Established home internet connectivity; minimum internet download speed of 15 mbps | upload speed of 10 mbps

Ability to troubleshoot own devices & connectivity
