Temporary Office Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to join our team for an initial 2-month assignment, with the potential to extend. This role will primarily support our Product Development Manager by maintaining and organizing our master inventory system in Excel, as well as assisting with inventory tracking, purchasing, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate data in a master inventory Excel document
Organize, track, and manage inventory, including purchasing as needed
Coordinate pickups and deliveries of product samples
Physically deliver samples when required
Provide general office support and assistance to the Product Development Manager
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
Minimum 2 years experience in office admin / Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Reliable and professional, with strong communication skills
Comfortable with occasional light physical tasks (delivering/stocking samples)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
