Job Description
Lease Servicing Specialist will be responsible for processing all types of consumer lease servicing requests for members while ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality member service. This position will strive to maintain existing member relationships, provide excellent member service and efficient operational activities. Lease Servicing Specialist will ensure adherence to the agreed upon SLAs between our Client and the partner credit unions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES • Process all types of lease maintenance requests within established guidelines, policies, and procedures • Support all lease servicing functions to include loan account maintenance, lien releases, vehicle title processing, and member service • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products, and services • Respond to all inquiries by internal credit union partners, third parties, and external members in a timely, courteous, and professional manner • Research and resolve any lease servicing compliance issues
D. QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
• Minimum 2 years of experience focused on Consumer Loan Servicing • Experience in Lease Servicing functions and experience in vehicle titles is preferred • Strong knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to the consumer lending industry (i.e. ECOA, etc.) • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner while demonstrating problem solving skills • Ability to champion improvements and innovation • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail • Ability to prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs • Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to work flexible hours as needed • Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit • Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team • Positive attitude and team-oriented • Ability to function in changing environment #LI-BA1 #RPO #ZR
