    Job Description

    TEP Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the face of the non-profit organizations that we represent. If you enjoy communicating with customers face to face and understand the impact of conversation, we would like to meet you. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage potential donors at our pre-booked events throughout the Phoenix area. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer acquisition for on-going donations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Present and promote using solid product knowledge and rebuttals to prospective donors
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback

    SKILLS

    • Proven work experience as a sales representative
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
