We are looking for a full-time Recruiter. You will be responsible for all steps of recruitment. This position is entry-level; however, we are looking for someone who can take the role and make it their own. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage steady recruitment via phone and email
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
SKILLS
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook with experience in other programs
- Have an enthusiastic, highly motivated and outgoing personality
- Have the ability to use own initiative
- Be able to work to strict deadlines
- Have impeccable time keeping and extreme organizational skills
- Work well under pressure
- Quick learner
- Able to work in a lively and noisy atmosphere
- Be dependable and on time
