    Qualifications We're Looking For:

    Experience and Expertise: Ideal candidates will have a background in medical and behavioral fields, enabling you to provide top-notch care.

    Driver's License and Vehicle Access: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential to support the young woman's needs in the community.

    Certifications: Hold a CNA, LPN, or RBT certification, or possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work. Alternatively, candidates with a current NADD Competency-Based IDD/MI Dual Diagnosis Direct Support Professional Certification, Physical Therapy Assistants, or Occupational Therapy Assistants are also encouraged to apply.

    About the Role:
