The job opening is for a position that involves working a young adult male on the Autism spectrum. ​ The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in working with individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities, be kind and presume competence. ​

They should also have a clean driving record as transportation to community activities and shopping trips will be required. ​ The job requires maintaining proper documentation, following behavioral and individualized support plans, and effectively communicating with the support team, family, and client. ​

The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, or Gerontology (or Board Certified RBT or NADD certification) and a minimum of 2 years of Autism experience. ​

**The position is open:

Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 3:30pm, with additional shifts becoming available. ​
