What You'll Do:

Collaborate with a dynamic team of 11 professionals.

Use ABA methods to enhance a young man's life.

Ideal Candidate:

Adept at teamwork and independence.

Committed to following the client's Positive Behavior Plan and Individualized Support Plan.

Enthusiastic about sharing experiences in-home and in the community.

Holds a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Previous ABA and autism experience preferred.

Experience with personal care support

Your Essential Skills:

Managing medication, behavior plans, and alternative communication methods.

Assistance with ADLs and client engagement.

Physical capability to support a 190-pound adult male.

Plus Points:

TSS/ABA experience.

Onsite training provided.

Wide array of certifications welcomed.

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's degree or certification (Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Recreation, Gerontology, RBT, NADD).

Experience with Intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism.

Clear background check and drug test.

Proficiency in ADL teaching, maintaining relationships, reliability, and punctuality.

Flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends.

ABA experience needed
