This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. We're looking for someone who thrives in a flexible schedule and is able to be available on an as-needed basis. As a substitute Support Staff, you'll have the opportunity to work on an "as needed" basis, with the occasional scheduled weekend day, offering you the perfect balance between spontaneity and regularity.
In this role, you'll be the guardian of health and safety, but it doesn't end there. We need someone who can think outside the box and find innovative ways to interact and engage with a remarkable individual who sees the world through a unique lens. Are you up for the challenge?
Not only will you make a meaningful impact on someone's life, but you'll also enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $19.92 to $25.82 per hour, based on your experience and the activities involved. Plus, you'll have the flexibility to work between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm, allowing you to pursue your other passions and commitments.
What we need from you:
Be at least 18 years old
Demonstrate reliability and responsibility
Successfully pass a drug test and the PA Background Check process
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Have a high school diploma
