COMPANY OVERVIEW TESCO, inc. is a veteran-owned (VSOB) labor staffing company providing temporary staffing solutions for environmental services (EVS) departments, food service and facilities in the healthcare sector. We provide flexible, on-demand personnel solutions for hospitals, ambulatory outpatient facilities, medical clinics, surgical centers and more. TESCO is growing rapidly, actively recruiting people to work in healthcare facilities throughout the northeast, southeast and midwest.

RECRUITER We are looking to add to our talented existing team of motivated, savvy Recruiters to assist in outreach, hiring and onboarding Environmental Service (EVS), food service and facilities staff for our healthcare clients. Our recruitment team supports the rapid growth of our staffing agency in the northeast and beyond. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit capable employees to fulfill staffing contracts in healthcare facilities nationwide

• Post job opportunities and manage field of applicants

• Vet candidates through email and phone interviews

• Hire and onboard employees

• Manage paperwork, documentation and forwarding of information to each site client

• Keep impeccable records + support administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent phone, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Proven organizational and administrative skills

• Team player excited by the challenge of a startup environment

• Must be trustworthy, energetic, confident and professional, with a strong work ethic

• Military veterans and multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in the healthcare/hospital/ environmental services (EVS), food service, facilities sectors a plus

• Candidates available for immediate start will be prioritized

• This is an office-based position (Woburn, MA)
