We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high-energy individual to join our staff as an Assistant Restaurant Manager!! Come work with one of the best crews in Lancaster at Annie Bailey's Irish Public House!

    This position seeks daily creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, be flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. I am considering all experienced Restaurant managers for this position.

    Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the management overall operations: Purchasing, inventory control, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, safety and sanitation, cash management, and training

    Prioritize completing tasks

    Be hands-on with staff

    Oversee ongoing training

    Work with ownership to execute ongoing strategy

    Ensure Service and or Culinary Excellence

    Ensure excellent guest experience

    Familiarity with Toast POS System

    Qualifications & Skills:

    At least 1-3 years of Restaurant Manager or 3-5 years in the industry in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment

    Stress management/composure

    Proven leadership and time management skills

    Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures

    Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

    Proficient in Google Business Suite
