POSITION:S10 Operations Analyst

REPORTS TO:SVP- Operations

INTERNAL CLOSING DATE:8/7/2020

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years banking experience preferred, with a solid understanding of financial services and deposit best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with MySQL and Oracle Database.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Perform a variety of tasks related to creating, managing and maintaining standard and ad-hoc reports used within Retail, Call Center and Operations Business Units.
• Support management decision making by analyzing performance trends.
• Design and run queries related to data used within the department.
• Assist with the annual budgeting effort by developing and understanding expenses and forecasted expenditures at a granular level.
• Prepare management and other departmental reports using exported data from several applications with analyzed results.
• Evaluate departmental processes to identify automation opportunities, process efficiencies and control improvements.
• Initiate reporting and modeling activities to determine optimal staffing levels that maximize productivity expectations as well as detail appropriate resource needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
