Campus Director

The Father’s House

Job Description:

A TFH Kids Campus Director is responsible for overseeing all TFH Kids programs of every age group at a specific TFH campus.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of leading in TFH Kids.

· Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to Kids, Parents and Volunteers.

· Believes in and supports The Father’s House’s Vision and Mission Statements.

· Must be a member of The Father’s House.

Preferred:

· Knowledge of Orange Curriculum

· Knowledge of Planning Center

· Knowledge of Rock RMS Database

Reporting Relationships:

· Reports directly to the TFH Kids Pastor

Responsibilities

· Recruit, motivate and equip volunteers to serve at the weekend services.

· Oversee the Volunteer schedule for your particular Campus and ensure all needed positions are covered. If areas are not covered personally fill any holes that should arise.

· Oversee the flow of all classrooms on the weekends to ensure programs are running according to the TFH Kids Pastors expectation.

· Communicates with the Campus Pastors on their expectations for TFH Kids at their Campus.

· Connect and communicate with parents.

· Communicate with TFH Kids Administrators for all Kid’s Ministry needs for your campus.

· Know and Follow TFH Kids Volunteer Handbook.

· Train all new volunteers on all policies and procedures in the TFH Kids Volunteer Handbook.

· Works hand in hand with TFH Kids Pastors on all TFH Kids Events.

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Children’s Pastor and or Campus Pastor.
