EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
TFO Phoenix Inc., a wealth management firm located in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking to expand our team. Since our formation in 2011, we have seen growth in both the number of client families we serve and the number of talented employees we have hired. We are currently seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to help us deliver on our goal of helping families by Connecting Wealth and Purpose®.
RESPONSIBILITIES
TFO Phoenix is a service-oriented firm; the attention we give to our clients is critical to our success. As our one of our Executive Assistants, you would be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a team of wealth advisors. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. He/she will provide sophisticated calendar management and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. The role will have a broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; and maintaining contact lists.
