  • Responsibilities

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

    Partner with and support the Biddable Media Team and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Programmatic, Search, and Social Media campaigns for the Company portfolio. This role will be responsible for the preparation of digital media assets, ad trafficking, and overall campaign monitoring. This includes working with Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ad Operations

    • Build digital campaigns in company’s Ad Server and prepare campaigns for launch.
    • Work collectively with brand creative agencies to QA and implement new creative assets.
    • Pull ongoing/regular and ad hoc reporting requests.
    • Issue ad tags, pixels, trackers, and creative assets to external media partners and internal colleagues.
    • Monitor ongoing campaign performance to ensure KPI’s are being met.
    • Provide ongoing creative and spend/pacing reports.
    • Engage with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting and billing discrepancies.

     

    Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration

    • Work in partnership with company agency-of-record to align on campaign structure and strategic pacing.
    • Partner with the finance teams to ensure invoices are processed accurately.
    • Partner with the analytics team to measure the impact of ongoing campaigns and the effectiveness of the media plans.
    • Oversee creative asset delivery from external and internal creative agencies, ensuring digital ads are built and tagged to spec.

     

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

    Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications) – preferred

     

    EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

    • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and / or media
    • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:

    • Ability to deliver results.
    • Willingness to learn all things digital media.
    • Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key).
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor.
    • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision.
    • Strong ability to collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • A detail-oriented approach and a desire to achieve objectives accurately.
    • Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability.
    • Ability to learn new systems and workflows.
