Summary:
The Engineering Project Manager will establish program schedules, work with the technical lead to create design architecture, review projects and budgets, control expenditures, direct project teams and act as a proposal manager, and work with the supply chain team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a hard Science. A Master’s in business admin or a technical field is preferred.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project/Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification ideal.
- Familiar with Government contracting requirements such as FAR and ITAR.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and manufacturing Electro-Optical systems and components.
- Familiar with DOD/MIL standards military equipment qualification and acquisition.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Deltek, CostPoint, or similar MRP/ERP software.
