We offer guidance on utilizing live tour requests from our partners to elevate your business growth. Thanks to our leads and training, our agents consistently finalize 2-4 escrows per month within their initial 90 days on our team. Our onboarding and training processes are exceptional. In your first 5 days with us, we immerse you in an intensive onboarding experience, covering essential skills such as lead conversion and buyer/seller consultations. You'll gain confidence in handling contracts and be well-prepared to showcase properties promptly. Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ at plan yearly
