Team seek expert facebook ads manager to join them.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Expert experience (actually doing it, scaling and optimizing profitably campaign (ROI, not page views) in Facebook.Ads, *Meaning successfully scaled campaigns (bonus if you worked with VSL)
• Have read and know the basic copywriting books *
• tested many different banner ads, and text ads, and know which ones work and which dont
• tested many different a/b split tests
• basic skills in HTML
• Very passionate and hungry about growing a company/brand through direct response advertising
• Affiliate marketing experience is a plus
• Ideal candidate is someone who has scaled VSLs or other similar direct response ads from 0 to 10 million+

ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing nutritional company looking for a superstar AdWords and PPC Manager. You must be much better than us and dedicated to your work to be considered. Currently, our sales exceed 15 million a year, but we are at least doubling our sales every year.

If you can come in and take stuff off our plates, solve problems, and implement and scale campaigns, there is no limit to how much raises you can get.

What you will be doing for us:

We have about 50 campaigns in AdWords and 50 in Bing, as well as Facebook campaigns, outbrain, revenue content, and others. Our main focus is in AdWords and Bing.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Identify why something is not working and work with the advertist team to fix it or test something new
• Launch and optimize PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing and Facebook
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for management
• A/B landing page testing and landing page optimization
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Keep abreast of PPC and Paid Media trends

Eventually, our goal is for the right person in this position to oversee 2 - 3 junior media buyers and ppc managers.

Compensations: 80k – 95k a year to start depending on experience. Fully paid healthcare and vacation days, paid time off after 90 days.
