A national cannabis law firm seeks a Managing Attorney for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in transactional work, including:

• corporate governance,
• corporate finance,
• securities,
• M&A,
• real estate,
• general counsel representation.

Also required:

• experience managing other attorneys,
• experience in business development.

Background with cannabis/hemp law is helpful but not required. The position entails heavy client contact and the ability to work independently, with strong attention to writing and analytical skills. This is a partner-track position with strong opportunity for advancement. Compensation range between $180,000-$220,000, depending on experience and book of business, if applicable.
