Pharmaco, a leading fully licensed Marijuana company in Michigan, seeks a seasoned professional, or better yet, someone with the right energy, attitude and ideas to fill the role of Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with marketing development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our programs. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our company.

Preferred Qualities and Qualifications:

•Organized, professional, personable

•Great communicator, good writer

•Proficient in current social applications, Google Suite, WordPress, Photoshop

•Lover of and expert on social media - able to keep up with changing rules and trends

•Self starter - micro-management NOT required 

•Knowledge about and passion for cannabis daily 

Expectations: 

•Maintain master marketing calendar, coordinate & execute campaigns

•Create & execute social media strategy - planning and daily management

•Plan, design and run marketing campaigns

•Graphic design

•Graphic design - create images (or use art Dept.) graphics, presentations on a last minute and/or short timeline

•Website management - basic edits (WordPress)

•Planning, coordinating and managing content across various social platforms

•Designate and use CMS for automating posts

•Research and report on email & SMS services

•Create email and SMS promotions / campaigns

•Analytics and data reporting
