Position Overview: As the Shoot 360 Basketball Gym Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gym operations to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for our members and clients. From managing facility maintenance and scheduling training sessions to leading a team of coaches and providing exceptional customer service, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and thriving environment for basketball enthusiasts to train and excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Shoot 360 basketball gym, including facility maintenance, equipment inventory, and scheduling of training sessions and events.
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of basketball coaches and staff to deliver high-quality training experiences and exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, increase client retention, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote gym programs, events, and memberships through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
Foster a positive and inclusive gym culture where members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to achieve their basketball goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, gym policies, and industry regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for all participants.
Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and proactively address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in gym management, sports facility operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage staff, resources, and schedules.
Passion for basketball and a solid understanding of the game, including coaching techniques, player development, and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with members, staff, and community partners.
Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
