    Position Specifics:

    The Behavior Doc is currently seeking certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to serve as clinical supervisors for clients receiving in-home and school-based ABA services throughout Fairfax County, VA. Caseloads for supervisors are carefully crafted to limit drive time while also providing balance for billable hours across morning and afternoon sessions. BCBA supervisors are responsible for on-going assessment, program development, supervision, and caregiver training for client stakeholders.

    This is a multi-faceted opportunity to not only provide clinical ABA services but also to grow professionally both as a clinician as well as in knowledge and application Organized Behavior Management (OBM) principles. BCBAs in this region will have the opportunity to work closely with both the CEO as well as the Regional Director on multiple initiatives to included increased client utilization, strengthened RBT supervision protocols, increased caregiver social validity of treatment effectiveness, etc. Individuals selected for this position will have strong advancement potential within corporate leadership – we only promote within.

    Qualifications:

    Master’s Degree

    BCBA certification & Virginia license

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Completion of 8-hr supervision training
