    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING....

    Building relationships and working closely with the Binding Site customers, in a variety of hospitals and laboratories, in a specific territory, fulfilling orders and ensuring all account requests, and issues are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also collaborate with our sales team to support order activities for new and existing Binding Site accounts. 

    Qualifications & Experience

    • High School diploma 
    • minimum of 1-year related experience required, 1-3 preferred
    • Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals. 
    • Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence and be able to speak and communicate clearly with customers.
    • Must possess basic math skills
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
    • Must be able to work on assignments independently, requiring judgment in resolving issues
    • Able to make recommendations to improve the team and customer experience.
    • Team oriented but can also thrive independently
    • Experience working in an office preferred
    • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, jump in where needed
    • Excellent communicator, virtually, via email, via phone and in person.

    YOUR DAY TO DAY

    • Liaises with customers on all inquiries and works with sales as needed.
    • Assists customers with orders, status updates and any issues as needed.
    • Enters and confirms all sales orders, including orders via Fax or Emailed.
    • Handles manual reserving and invoicing functions in the company system (IFS).
    • Creates cases as needed for product returns.
    • Processes all credit requests.
    • Collects, reviews, and submits all new customer paperwork for set up in IFS and Vertex (if applicable).
    • Performs a weekly open order report on Friday for all sales orders and sends to sales along with notifying the customer.
    • Authorizes all credit card transactions as necessary.
    • Requests revised PO’s as needed for pricing.
    • Enters all Validation Orders and monitors their scheduled ship dates.
    • Processes all QA shipments as needed.
    • Enters and processes all FOC orders.
    • Processes and invoices Service Contracts. 
    • Collects paperwork, approvals and reviews all discounts and contract pricing to be submitted for entering IFS.
    • Enters contract pricing into IFS. 
    • Monitors all existing discounts and notifies sales of expiring discounts.
    • Maintains all hard copies of Price Agreements/Contracts and loads a scan of each into the F drive.
    • Creates and sets up initial standing order shipping schedule based on customer’s specifications.
    • Processes all customer requested standing order changes upon notification in a timely fashion.
    • Processes Instrument paperwork setup and delivery setup.
    • Assists Marketing with managing product with low stock and offering additional discounts.
    • Performs all Tag/Untag Inventory Transactions per the initiator’s request.
    • Completes miscellaneous month end reports that summarize tagged stock.
    • Provides back-up as necessary in the absence of team members for various tasks.
    • Updates and Maintains all Customer Service SOP’s.
