Responsibilities:

• Custom Cabinet Installation:

\- Expertly install custom-designed cabinets, ensuring precision and attention to detail

\- Interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and design plans to deliver a tailored and aesthetically pleasing end product

\- Collaborate with clients and design teams to address specific requirements and preferences for each installation project

• Cabinet Painting:

\- Proficiently prepare surfaces and apply finishes to cabinets, utilizing appropriate techniques and materials

\- Ensure a high-quality and durable paint finish, matching or enhancing the overall design concep

\- Work with clients to select suitable paint colors and finishes to achieve desired results

• Cabinet Refacing:

\- Execute cabinet refacing projects with precision, updating the appearance of existing cabinets to meet modern design trends

\- Remove and replace cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware to achieve a refreshed and cohesive look

\- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address unique challenges and constraints in refacing projects

• Quality Control:

\- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the integrity and functionality of installed cabinets

\- Address any deficiencies promptly and work collaboratively with the team to meet quality standards

• Client Interaction:

\- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns

\- Provide professional advice and recommendations on design choices, materials, and finishes

• Safety and Compliance:

\- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

\- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to cabinet installation

• Project Documentation:

\- Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, timeframes, and any client-specific instructions

\- Communicate project progress to supervisors and clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen cabinet installation, painting, and refacing
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and finishing materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interpret design plans and specifications
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in construction and carpentry
