    We are looking to add a Foreman/ Lead Installer to our stellar team.

    Up to $25-$30/HR

    The Foreman / Lead Installer will oversee and ensure the efficient and profitable execution of all jobsite activities from start to finish. This role will involve supervising warehouse operations, coordinating project schedules, and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.

    Tasks:

    • Supervise Level 1 & 2 Craftsman Installers, providing instruction and guidance related to installation and repairs.
    • Ensure proper staffing of all shifts in the warehouse, organizing staff schedules efficiently.
    • Build, install, and repair various structures and equipment throughout Utah and surrounding states where projects may be active.
    • Operate all necessary tools to complete a job, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimal performance and safety.
    • Provide daily updates and communication to clients relating to their project in absence of Foreman.
    • Research, identify, and present new ideas to improve warehouse and installation operations.
    • Perform post-sale site walks with Sales Agents and Project Contacts to ensure project details are accurate.

    Your Skills:

    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to take accurate measurements and calculations.
    • Proven experience with installing patio shade systems or equivalent work experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
    • Must be able to squat, lift, stretch, and bend in order to reach all areas of the work site.
    • Must be able to work in and on overhead structures, as well as below from ladders and scaffolding.
