Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete assigned work orders and PMs and document in eMaint within required time
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute installation, repairs, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance/repairs, assignments, and supervision
- Complete work involving installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment
- Locate electrical wiring for various projects & monitor and test various electrical systems
- Work from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications, locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment, working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment, and using a variety of hand tools and measuring and testing instruments
- Assist in implementing an energy conservation initiative to operate equipment and systems as efficiently as possible without compromising service to the tenants
- Coordinate and complete quality control inspections for electrical subcontractor performed work
- Maintenance Program: All electrical systems, high voltage, interior and external lighting, and equipment, mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Fire protection, sprinklers, and life safety systems and equipment including fire alarm & fire suppression
- Monthly visual inspection Sprinklers, operational inspection of Fire Doors, inspection of all Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lights & Exit Signs Monthly Test
- Provide miscellaneous building /maintenance services to assist with the day-to-day facility operations

Requirements:
- Journeyman Electrical License
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a federal government clearance for their CAC badge
- Five (5) years of recent (within the past seven [7] years) experience in the operation and maintenance of equipment and systems and in the electrical trade comparable in complexity to systems covered by this contract
- Ability to independently determine appropriate work methods per applicable codes and craft techniques necessary to accomplish work assignments and be capable of performing a variety of electrical services
- Capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings or working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees, and who has authorization to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them
- Basic knowledge of office administration, plant management, reporting, budgeting and control, and business operations, blueprints, buildings, grounds, equipment, housekeeping, construction, repair, maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, fire, safety management, and OSHA codes
- Fully vaccinated
