Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge of HVAC fundamentals to repair and install HVAC systems to meet estimated deadlines
• Consult with customers regarding complaints and offer solutions to benefit the customer
• Enrich customer relationships to ensure every customer is satisfied and opportunities are fully maximized
• Take ownership of being the subject matter expert in your skilled trade and share this knowledge with the team
• Actively communicate with Senior Leadership on areas of opportunity for growth and improvement
• Uphold company standards and values by being an advocate for the company and the team

Requirements:

• Experience in your craft is a MUST!
• In-Depth knowledge of Service/Commercial HVAC Systems
• Positive energy and drive to achieve goals
• Ability to navigate through various software systems
