We're in search of a Lead HVAC Technician with extensive experience in commercial HVAC systems to join our dedicated team in Richardson, Texas.     Key Responsibilities:

    Diagnosis and Repairs: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, from RTUs and split systems to ice machines and walk-in coolers.

    Maintenance and Installation: Conduct routine maintenance tasks and assist with installations to enhance system efficiency and reliability, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

    Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, maintenance plans, and equipment recommendations.

    Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times, following strict adherence to safety protocols and promoting a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

    Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and staying abreast of the latest HVAC technologies and practices.

    Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergency services as needed, demonstrating your commitment to addressing clients' urgent HVAC needs.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.

    EPA Universal Certification is a must. Demonstrated proficiency in handling mechanical HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

    Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Physical fitness to perform tasks in diverse environments and conditions.
