    We are looking to add a HVAC Installation Field Coordinator to our stellar team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the install department and work site
    • Supervise Install service technicians to ensure warranties, callbacks and startups are attended to
    • Monitor staff performance to achieve all business goals and objectives
    • Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand, manage season spikes, and achieve growth goals
    • Work closely with comfort advisors to plan installs
    • Conduct job walk throughs
    • Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees
    • Must be able to exemplify and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment to evaluate quality of work
    • Must be able to coverage field in case of team absences
    • Responsible for purchasing within budget parameters
    • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction
    • Train and supervise install personnel in the use of equipment and chemicals
    • Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 4+ years’ experience in Hvac install and or service
    • 2+ years’ experience in supervisory/lead position
    • Must be experienced in the unit turn process from start to finish
    • Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory
    • Drivers License required
    • HVAC certification preferred
    • 06B certification preferred
    • EPA certification required
    • Customer service experience required
    • Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work
