    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinated and completes the assigned work, or portions of the work, with supervision, at one or more project sites.
    • Reports daily to site lead on the progress of the work that is being completed with regard to the scope of work, schedule, quality of work and material utilization.
    • Assists the Project and Site Manager on any assigned job specific tasks.
    • Assists with managing and tracking merchandising material used in the work, its proper storage and utilization. Reports material issues to Project Lead or other Management Staff.
    • Observes all project safety requirements and reports safety hazards or violations to Project Lead and company designated safety individual responsible for job site safety and compliance.
    • Performs other duties as assigned to assist with completing the project work. Other duties assigned to be consistent with job skills and level of experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge, Abilities, Personal & Interpersonal Experience:

    • Must have Valid Driver’s License.

    • Must have reliable transportation.

    • MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 100% OF THE TIME.

    • A basic knowledge and understanding of hand and power tools, retail/merchandising terminology and general retail fixture, signage, and merchandising practices. CARPENTRY SKILLS ARE A PLUS.

    • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop for up to 12 hours.

    • Ability to communicate, and work as a team with other field employees and/or contractors regarding the job requirements and progress of the work.

    • Ability to communicate with Site Manager/Project Lead and help create a successful team environment.

    • Must have Cell Phone with Wi-Fi capability.

    Experience:

    • Candidates with little or no experience may be considered depending on education, general skills and abilities, and/or other job factors.
    • No prior experience necessary, just a desire to learn the field.

    Education:

    High School Diploma or GED required.
