Health Care Program Integrity Attorney
Job Description
Small health-care consulting firm seeks an attorney to join the legal team and support federal contractors’ federal health care program anti-fraud and abuse activities. Responsibilities will include participation in/support of state and federal administrative adjudication; regulatory and statutory review and analysis; preparing correspondence in support of enforcement activities; coordinating Freedom of Information Act reviews and responses; working closely with client management; participating in training activities; and working with federal and state health care program stakeholders. The successful applicant will enjoy working independently within a collegial but challenging environment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to integrity, attention to detail, an ability to manage diverse responsibilities, and a strong commitment to client service.
Juris Doctorate Degree from an Accredited Law School
Active bar membership in good standing in any state
5 years of Health Care Law related work experience
Medicare and Medicaid experience
Health Care Fraud litigation experience
