    WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A LEGAL ASSISTANT / PARALEGAL (FULL TIME).

    This is a Full-Time position. Work hours are approximately 40 hours per week at our East Brunswick office location. Payment is $20/hr.


    Our Practice:

    Konoski & Partners, P.C. is a law firm that pursues social security disability claims from the initial claims, through hearings, and all the way up to federal court.

    Responsibilities include:

    managing a case load of social security disability cases (at either the administrative or federal court levels)

    following up with current clients

    obtaining documents and information

    obtaining medical records and medical reports

    preparation of civil complaints and lawsuit documents

    ensuring that we obtain documents back from clients (client contact)

    scanning and filing documents

    filing documents electronically with the Court or hearing office

    assisting with marketing and advertising as needed

    any other work needed by the attorneys.

    Qualifications:

    At least 1 year of law practice experience is preferred, but not required.

    Must be a motivated individual who is a fast learner

    Must be able to work independently

    Must be efficient and detail oriented

    Proficiency in typing is required

    This job is not remote:

    The job is an in-office job and will be performed in East Brunswick, NJ.
