    WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (FULL TIME).

    Work hours are approximately 40 hours per week at our East Brunswick office location. Payment is $18-20/hr.

    A qualified potential applicant must be a fast learner, who can work independently, and who is efficient and detail oriented. Proficiency in typing is also necessary.


    JOB DUTIES:

    Attend Phone Calls

    Intake of client

    Enter case into the case management system

    Print and copy

    Upload files to the database

    Assist Attorneys & Paralegals

    Data entry

    Following up with Leads

    Prepare intake packets for mailing

    Manage social media

    Any other work as requested by the Attorneys and Paralegals

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    -Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, with experience in a law firm a big plus (but not required)

    -Excellent typing and grammar skills-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    -Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines

    -Must be able to work in a team environment-Strong work ethic, highly productive, always looking to do more

    -Must be very friendly and outgoing and have fantastic customer service skills

    The right candidate should have experience in administrative areas such as front desk/reception, back-office support, ability to troubleshoot, people skills, a general understanding of workflows, and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

    Will train the right candidates.
