THE HEADSTRONG GROUP, LLC (THG) is a single-specialty Social Work group based in Baton Rouge Louisiana.

THG offers an array of evidence-based social work clinical practices and treatment modalities to clients who are struggling to cope with social, emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges precipitated by illness, injury, trauma, and/or disabilities. 

We strive to earn the confidence of our clients by demonstrating respect, non-judgment, and individual values of each person.

THG is always seeking Clinical Social Workers who are committed, compassionate, resilient, client- centered, and above all HEADSTRONG.  Efficient organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to work independently are additional qualities that would be necessary to join the team.

Qualifications required to become a team member include:

LCSW, LMSW, CSW, and RSW
