Job Title: PRN vs Part-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Outpatient or IRF or Sub-acute facility

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients by providing expert rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer effective physical therapy treatments, exercises, and interventions.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid GA license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is a plus.
