    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist customers in person and over the phone with billing setup, online accounts, and communication preferences

    Ensure customers can easily find policy information and reach us for assistance

    Follow up with customers requiring billing support or reminders

    Manage payments and respond to phone inquiries

    Qualifications:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    Clear, direct communicator with strong leadership qualities

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability

    Passionate about relationship building and driven to meet customer needs

    Bilingual skills are a major plus

    Work Hours:

    Part-time (20-25 hours/week)

    Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

    Flexible scheduling options available (e.g., 3 days a week or morning shifts)
