Job Description
We are a fresh new agency looking to create a dynamic team of professional insurance sales agents. Our Team is excited to hire highly motivated individuals to become part of a growing agency. Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right in with our team. We are looking for strong team players who are looking to build a career, are not afraid to hustle and want to grow their skills in becoming top sales closers.
AS AN INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE YOU'LL RECEIVE:
INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE GREAT AT
: * Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking,referrals, marketing, and lead databases
Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers and business owners intheir homes, places of business, or other settings
Presenting and explaining our products and services using
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Calling, presenting and selling Allstate Insurance products and services * Professional phone etiquette
Ability to perform client focused needs analysis meetings
Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
Multi-tasking skills
Setting and reaching goals with an action plan
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
Willingness to learn and remain coachable
A great self starter
Must be punctual and have own transportation
Must have a career minded vision
Basic computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows applications
Licenses for P&C Preferred but will consider the right individual
