Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our team! As a Senior Sales Associate, you will conduct sales presentations to customers on behalf of our client and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include interacting with customers, conducting sales presentations, creating and managing accounts, and training entry level/new hires. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and/or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and provide assistance while they are shopping.

Learn and apply sales systems and strategy.

Train and develop sales associates.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a sales associate, sales rep, or similar

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
