We are in search of a BCBA in the South Suburban area and parts of the city of Chicago.

Responsibilities:

Direct in-person supervision of ABA therapists and RBTs

Provide feedback during session to enhance therapist performance

Conduct parent training sessions

Write treatment plans

Enter programs and track data

Responsible for overall team performance and child progress

Qualifications:

Must have a BCBA certification by the BACB

Masters degree or higher required

1+ year as a BCBA preferred

2+ years in ABA preferred

Experience working with children with special needs

Self - Starter and great communicator

Make your own schedule!

Must be willing to work in a variety of settings.

Must be willing to travel between clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lansing, IL 60438: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

BCBA (Required)

Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
