    Job Description

    FULL-TIME POSITION - MEDICAL BENEFITS/401K, MONTHLY BONUSES, PAID TIME OFF!

    STORE HOURS: 8:30-7:00 PM MON-SAT.

    Customer Service Associate will assist in the day-to-day operations of this retail location. Looking for a Customer Service Associate join our team and can deliver world-class customer service to all customers. We provide a relaxed, fun, friendly, and flexible work environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitors evaluate and helps maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Helps develop and implement the store marketing program
    • Helps manages inventory
    • Helps oversee center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
    • Takes ownership of customers’ packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viable solutions
    • Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
    • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
    • Able to lift 50+ pounds

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A high school diploma or GED required
    • One year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or other relevant industry
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
    • Outstanding phone skills
    • Strong customer service skills and abilities
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
