We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shipping needs and ensure an excellent shipping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking the retail cabinet, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance with their purpose of visit

Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.

Take responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
