Job Description

Busy insurance office looking for a customer service rep with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Insurance background or office experience is preferred by not required.  We will train the right person.  All of our team members must have or be willing to obtain their CA insurance license.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.
• Process customer change requests.
• Learn and follow all underwriting rules.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and solicit further sales.
• Grow agency sales by communicating with prospective clients via phone or email.
• Make new business goals and objectives as established.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an upbeat, enthusiastic and positive attitude!
• Must be a quick learner and able to multi-task!
• Must be a team player!
• Detail oriented with good problem solving skills.
• Strong work and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to obtain or possess an active CA insurance license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
